Om Mani Padme Hum (Mantra)

It is a powerful mantra, which is very much chanted by all Tibetans often. This Mantra is interpreted by different people in many ways. Our Satguru mentions it as the "mantra" of the Love, Mercy and Compassion. It is interpreted as the "Mantra" of fulfillment of desires.

The Tibetan Buddhism explains the mantra in the following way:
"OM" - This syllable is said to be for Meditation and it purifies pride and bliss and the color of the syllable is interpreted as "White"

"Ma" - This syllable is said to be for "Patience" and it purifies "jealousy and lust for entertainment" and the color of the syllable is "Green"

"Ni" - This syllable is for "Discipline" and it purifies "Passion and desire" and the color fo the syllable is "Green"

"Pad" - This syllable is for " Wisdom" and it purifies "ignorance and prejudice" and the color of the syllable is "Blue"

"Me"
- This syllable is for "Generosity" and it purifies "Poverty / Possessiveness" and the color of the syllable is "Red"

"Hum" - This syllable is for "Diligence" and it purifies "Aggression and Hatered" and the color of the syllable is "Black"

As a whole "Mani" symbolizes the "jewel" and "Padme" symbolizes "wisdom" which means "Jewel of wisdom". As same as our satguru it has been interpreted as the factors of "Enlightenment, Compassion and Love".

Law of Karma - Swami Vivekananda

When we consider law in relation to man's mind and existence, it is at once obvious that there can be no such thing as free will and free existence. We know how animal nature is wholly regulated by law. The animal does not appear to exercise any free will. The same is true of man; human nature also is bound by law. The law governing functions of the human mind is called the law of Karma.
Nobody has ever seen anything produced out of nothing; if anything arises in the mind, that also must have been produced from something. When we speak of free will, we mean the will is not caused by anything. But that cannot be true, the will is caused; and since it is caused, it cannot be free -- it is bound by law. That I am willing to talk to you and you come to listen to me, that is law. Everything that I do or think or feel, every part of my conduct or behavior, my every movement -- all is caused and therefore not free. This regulation of our life and mind -- that is the law of Karma.

Sayings of Lord Buddha

The secret of health for both mind and body is not to mourn for the past, not to worry about the future, or not to anticipate troubles, but to live in the present moment wisely and earnestly.
*******

Awake. Be the witness of your thoughts. You are what observes, not what you observe.
*******

There is no way to happiness, happiness is the way.
*******

Life can only take place in the present moment. If we lose the present moment, we lose life.
*******

The cause of all pain and suffering is ignorance.

Sharanagathi

Sharanagathi is a term which is commonly used as "surrender". When a person surrenders, he loose his power. But in "Sharanagathi" we get more divine energy and will power. Grand Master says that when we do "Sharanagathi" regularly, there will not be a need to do more Sadhanas as the blessings coming within us is so intense.
Grand Master gives "Hanuman" as the best example for this as he looks at his Satguru constantly. He explains that when we do "Sharanagathi" we experience oneness with the Satguru, Oneness with Avatars and Oneness with God. A disciple is supposed to keep looking at the Satguru and follow his inner qualities, not the physical qualities.
Grand Master says" with Sharanagathi, you can remove obstacles which are greater than the Himalayan mountains. With Sharanagathi, you can alleviate, to a certain degree, the sufferings of mankind, and help the humanity to evolve.
Also Grand Master says "With sharanagathi you can do many things; not everything, but a lot of things".
Practice Sharanagathi regularly and experience the oneness with our Satguru Grand Master Choa Kok Sui.
